Research Use & Product Information

What are your products intended for?

Products designated for research use are supplied strictly for their stated laboratory or research purpose and are not intended for human or veterinary use.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their intended use complies with all applicable laws, regulations, institutional requirements and professional standards.

Can your products be used by humans?

No. Products designated for research use are not supplied for human consumption, self-administration, diagnosis, treatment or prevention of disease.

Are your products medicines?

Products should not automatically be considered medicines simply because they may have a pharmaceutical or biological research application. The legal classification and permitted use of a product can vary according to the substance, formulation, intended use and applicable jurisdiction.

Customers should independently verify the regulatory status and permitted use of any product relevant to their work.

Can I purchase research products without being a company?

If you’re unsure whether you are eligible to purchase a particular product, please contact us before ordering.

Do you provide products for laboratory research?

Yes. Our catalogue is structured around research materials, laboratory supplies, reagents and specialist scientific products.

Quality, Purity & Documentation

How do I know what I am purchasing?

Each product page is designed to provide relevant scientific and product information, including specifications applicable to that particular product.

We recommend reviewing the complete product information before ordering.

Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?

Where applicable, batch-specific analytical documentation can be provided for products for which such documentation is available.

A COA should always be understood in relation to the specific batch rather than treated as a blanket guarantee covering every batch.

What information is included in a COA?

Depending on the product and testing performed, documentation may include information such as:

  • Product identification
  • Batch or lot number
  • Testing date
  • Purity analysis
  • Analytical method
  • HPLC results where applicable
  • Mass spectrometry information where applicable
  • Relevant specifications
  • Laboratory or testing information

The exact information varies according to the product and analytical method.

Does every product have the same testing?

No. Testing requirements and available analytical documentation can vary considerably between peptides, compounds, reagents and laboratory consumables.

We do not claim that every product undergoes identical testing.

Can I request documentation before ordering?

Where documentation is available, you can contact us to ask about the relevant product or batch.

Do you guarantee a particular purity percentage?

We don’t recommend treating a generic purity figure as a substitute for batch-specific documentation. Where analytical results are available, the relevant batch information should be used to assess the product.

Products & Categories

What types of products do you supply?

Our catalogue is organised into several research-focused areas, including:

Why are your products divided into different categories?

The categories make it easier to navigate the catalogue according to research area and product type.

Different products can have very different molecular structures, research applications and handling requirements, so categorisation helps customers find relevant materials more efficiently.

Are all products peptides?

No.

Our catalogue includes peptides as well as other research compounds, reagents and laboratory supplies. For example, SARMs are not peptides, while laboratory supplies may include consumables and reagents.

Do you add new products?

Yes. Our catalogue may expand as additional research materials and laboratory supplies become available and suitable for inclusion.

Storage requirements vary between products. Always follow the storage information supplied with the specific product and its documentation.

Can all products be stored in the same conditions?
