Product Descriptions, Purity & Analytical Testing

  1. Analytical Integrity: We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, molecular weights, sequence identities, and purity thresholds (>98% to >99% HPLC verified) are accurate and backed by batch Certificates of Analysis (COAs).
  2. Experimental Variability: Research compounds and biochemical reagents are sold as analytical materials. Due to the variable nature of experimental protocols and laboratory environments, ABZ Bio Lab makes no warranty regarding specific experimental outcomes, bio-activity in non-standard assays, or performance in unverified testing models.
  3. Technical Documentation: Certificates of Analysis and mass spectra data are provided for analytical reference only.

Ordering, Pricing & Payment Terms

  1. Pricing Currency: All prices displayed on abzbiolabs.co.uk are listed in British Pounds Sterling (£ / GBP) unless otherwise selected via currency converters. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  2. Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to violate our RUO compliance parameters, orders from unauthorized re-sellers, or orders flagged for potential security or fraud risks.
  3. Payment Methods: Payments are processed securely through certified third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize ABZ Bio Lab to charge the designated amount for your order.

Shipping, Title & Risk of Loss

  1. Fulfillment Logistics: Orders are dispatched from our operational hubs in London (UK) and Amsterdam (Netherlands) in accordance with our Discreet Shipping & Delivery Policy.
  2. Title Transfer: Title and risk of loss for all products pass to the purchaser upon courier scan and handover at our dispatch facilities.
  3. Customs & Import Rules: For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, the purchaser is solely responsible for verifying that the items ordered comply with local import laws, tax regulations, and regulatory requirements. ABZ Bio Lab is not responsible for items delayed, held, or confiscated by international border authorities due to local regulatory restrictions.

Returns, Damaged Shipments & Refund Limitations

Due to cold-chain preservation requirements and chemical security standards, we cannot accept returns on opened, unsealed, or reconstituted compounds once delivered.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged in transit or contains an incorrect item, you must notify our team within 48 hours of delivery at contact@abzbiolabs.co.uk with photographic evidence. Approved claims will be replaced or refunded in full per our Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

  1. Exclusion of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, ABZ Bio Lab, its directors, employees, and logistics partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the improper handling, misapplication, storage, or misuse of any research products or materials supplied through this site.
